No problem, we're happy to help. Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product:
1. You MUST first contact us via email and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. After RMA number is received, your product must be well packed and sipped to:

3. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
